Our journey began with Sunny Dhain, a UK-qualified pharmacist with over 15 years of experience in community and primary care pharmacy. Frustrated by the limitations of traditional brick-and-mortar pharmacies, Sunny envisioned an online platform that could offer the same personal touch but with enhanced convenience and accessibility. Together with his wife, Nikita Dhain, who has a background in psychology and care for adults with autism and learning disabilities, they founded The Family Chemist. Their goal was to create an online pharmacy that not only delivers medications but also offers a family-like care experience through video consultations and personalized service.
